Remitted Rs. 1600/- towards the Charges of renewal of my Annual Maintenance Contract on. as per Bill No.296 dated 07-03. Duly executed contract document has not received so far. The Washing Machine remains in idle condition due to lack of maintenance. Complaints registered remain unattended.
