Sir i would like to have your kind attention i have an airtel digital tv multi connection id 3003359378 one of the box is a dvr box. I wanted to change the dvr box to hd dvr box so i left my name and telephone number on your website. I got a call from airtel representative next day i enquired the same she said yes you can change your dvr box to hd dvr box and she informed that i have to make a payment of rs 3990.00 so i made the payment using my credit card my transaction no is - 15137091. After 15 days i got a call from your local airtel service center that my hd dvr box have arrived i requested them to installed that box in my premises as soon as possible. After few minutes i again recieved a call from your local airtel center that there is no rules from airtel that a dvr box could be changed to hd dvr box, i was shocked that airtel sold be the hd dvr box with false statement.
I would like to request you to kindly look into this matter and solve the problem as soon as possible and activate the hd dvr box. If not looked upon the matter quickly i would be bound to move to the consumer form for the resolution of the problem. Hope you will solve the problem quickly. Thank you
