Signal Loss

I have logged an issue on 09 th July Complaint number:9854514 and my airtel digital account number is 3005779737 that suddenly i am getting signal loss issue and cannot watch tv.4 days are gone and till date we did not receive any call from their technical engineer. Daily we have been calling them, still there is no proper response from their customer care. Only answer they say is we are fwding to backend team and they would call in 15 mins, but never ever i received a call from them. We atleast donot even know what is the cause of the issue. Sorry to say but this is very worst service I have ever experienced. I insist people donot oppt for AIRTEL ever. Also i called on the contact numbers provided but all the calls are diverted and remains unanswered.
