My set top box was not working properly since last 2-3 months which was swapped on Feb 13th after lots of tedious follow-ups.
Rs. 350/- have been charged for this but still the problem has not resolved yet.
The agency personnel are saying that the problem lies in the television even though they have not checked the problem again.
Request you to get the problem resolves as soon as possible on a priority basis.
