I have Purchased Airtell Digitaltv connection through Cridit Card payment on 31st, January but still not installed and not received any call from your customer care deportment. Daily i am colling in customer care different peoples, they search with my details "Name: Akbar Ali Khan, Booking I.D No.7066453, Mobile No.9701666017" and said any record not found with this details.

Please cancle my connection and refund my amount Rs.999/- in my Credit Card A/c.

Please do the needed as early as possible.
