My Name is Taher Ahmed and i have purchased an Airtel DTH connection through phone.
The DTH request number is 16069343 and the Customer Id given to me is 3008405201. The assurance for installation i got was 48 hours but it has been 5 days and i have not received a phone call from any local dealer. I want to know what is the current status of my request as i have invested my 4000 Rs into it.
Also the problem is there is no local contact of any Airtel representative, the customer care only gives false assurance that you will receive a call in 1 hour. But i haven't received any call.
