I comlaint to airtel custimer care at 12150 no on 13/2/10 at about 1 pm. i got a complaint no1945054 and given a time of 5.43 pm but till that time problem was not solved. I again contacted them and i was given a time of 10.40 am for next day i.e 14/2/10 at abot 2 pm i again contaced their super visor for the delay and i got a new complaint no, 195228 and asked to contact local dealer at the phone no, 19760695005 he assured me that a man will contact you soon but today till 4.0 pm neither any message nor any men came and nor the problem is solved
