No Refund after cancellation of service one month ago

I purchased Airtel's trial offer for 3 months, in last week of June. After that an engineer surveyed the area around my home to fix the dish. Due to some problem with my neighbors, we were not allowed to fix the dish on the roof. As there were no other place to fix the dish, i requested for disconnection of the service. This was done in the last week of June/first week of july.

Till now, i haven't received the amount back in my account from Airtel. I have made numerous calls to Airtel's customer care and talked to supervisor Neha Jain who told me that she's sent an email to nodal office to settle the charges and gave me this email address and a phone number of some Mr. Daya Krishna- 011-44985547. The number seems to out-of-order.

IT'S MORE THAN A MONTH NOW SINCE I DISCONNECTED THE CONNECTION AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY MONEY BACK.
