The customer care for the service is the most pathetic I have seen for a big corporate... Nobody ever picks up the call and it keeps disconnecting..
The company has been cheating and the card got disconnected for no reason... The person who came for installation did no do it properly and so many complaints... Tata Sky was 10000 times better... I don't know why did I purchase this... If people from Airtel look into these forums I would want my money back...
