I moved house recently, and logged in an application for the DTH set up to be moved accordingly. It has been MORE THAN WEEKS now, and no one from Airtel has responded, or taken any steps towards making things work.
And today, I received a message from Airtel saying the “issue has been resolved”. I would very much like to know how the issue can been resolved, when no one turned up at my doorstep and your customer care number, 8105731888 is perpetually “busy”.
