My airtel dth account number is 3000963079 i had registered for new channels on 1 april till date no action has been taken. Evey time i call them they ask me to wait for 3 days and again i call them they ask to wait another 3 days. I never knew that airtel would behave so unprofessionally i also work in a bpo field when we do these types of mistake we are terminated how come they do not it to these customer service executive and till date no action has be done and even if i call them now they just pick up the call and no one answers and after 3 minutes they disconnect the call. What service is this since we are indian these multinational companies take us all customer for a ride and when they want you first time they are ready to fall on your knees to buy their product. I never even dreamed Airtel would be company of this pathetic standard i used to defend you guys but i shall not, Truly a pathetic and terrible experience.
