My set-top box stopped working on 12th Sept. on which i registered a complaint on airtel's so called consumer care [Complaint no. 11879297] claiming to resolve my problem by 14th giving an engineer's no.
9752810632 on which after calling for 2 days (nearly 12-15 calls) the engineer finally sent some one who said they don't have any HD set top box so i had to wait??
Today is 20th still they hadn't came with set top box in 4 days which are enough to supply from any part of india. Today i had again complained on which they again gave me complaint id: 12060317 stating my complaint will be resolved till tomorrow. After 8 days they are saying me 1 more day shame on u airtel u sucks.
Yeah u sucks instead on advertisement u really should focus on services.
I am gonna register a complaint with consumer forum tomorrow at 10:00 am if the problem isn't resolved then & will sue you for inconvenience.
