Setupbox not working for 3 days

This is the issue with the setup box and it is not working for quite 3 days and i have been complaining the customer care for 3 days and they have not been looking into this matter. this is really annoying and i have even email to the concerned department and they too have not replied to my mail... Please help me this is really getting frustrated and i have been with airtel for past so many years and it was just working fine but since till 3 days it just not working... I am really hurt by the kind of service provided by you...
