My son has airtel mobile phone no 07742765307 presently in Kota Rajasthan which is not getting connected thru my bsnl mobile 9411111627 or my wifes number 9412942695 from Ranipur Haridwar Uttarakhand. We have tried airtel number thru other mobiles but is not getting thru. If I am in say Delhi / Dehradun there is no problem. I am able to send SMS from Haridwar. We can receive calls from airtel to our mobile in Haridwar or elsewhere. Thru BSNL land line we are able to call this number from Haridwar.
Thsi problem we are facing from the day we took airtel number in June end,
Kindly check and resolve the problem.
