Hi,
I have a Motorola V8 (RAZR 2) handset. Recently i received messages regarding having a valid IMEI.It was stated to message my 8-digits of IMEI number to 121.I received a message informing it is a Valid Number. Still my SIM got deactivated.
I approached the Mobile Store showroom as instructed by the Customer Care Executive. They say the mobile handset is authentic and the error lays with the Airtel guys since they didnt take care of updating the information. Could you resolve ASAP.
The Airtel Guys Service personnel in Customer Care doesnt have any information regarding that.
