I have purchased 1.5 LG Air-conditioner split from one of the showroom of Thane Maharashtra in may. After Installation I had lodged a complaint that outer unit while switching on to fan mode it makes a abnormal voice. Mr. Imran, In-charge of local customer service of thane suggested that I should purchased a bracket (angle) instead of keeping it free on a grill box. so I did it which cost me Rs.800/- . Now even after fitting that unit in a b racket, it sounds noisy. Again I lodged a complaint in march 26, dealer

send his mechanic but issue could not be resolved. At last Mr. Imran

himself visited site and found that problem in compressor and needs

to be replaced. Outer unit was removed and taken to the dealer shop

and after three days the unit was refitted with a statement that its

compressor has been replaced and not it is ok. However, their is no improvement in the quality. With this I doubt or have suspicion

whether the compressor has been actually replaced or otherwise.

Kindly look into this. My RNA NO.110325025536 dated 26/03.

Well i am going to seek help of local consumer forum against this

poor quality of service during warranty period.
