I HAVE PURCHASED LG MICRO WAVE OVEN 4 YEARS BACK.

MODEL NO: MS-255R, AND NOW I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THAT.

TIMER NOB IS NOT WORKING. I HAVE GIVEN COMPLAINTS TO CUSTOMER CARE NO: 1800-180-9999. AND MY COMPLAINT NO IS ON 24TH: 110624079739, AND 2ND COMPLAINT NO IS ON 27TH:

R N A 110627095751. COMPANY EXECUTIVE HAS COME TO OUR HOUSE AND TOLD THAT AFTER TWO DAYS I WILL CONTACT REGARDING THAT, THEN HE CALLED UP AND SAID LG COMPANY HAS NOT SUPPLIED THIS PARTS, SO WE CANNOT GET IT REPAIRED FROM OUR END. AND I HAVE SPOKE WITH MR. VARA PRASAD (REG SERVICE HEAD) HE HAS TOLD TO CALL LOCAL LG SERVICE HEAD MR .SWAMY (VISAKHAPATNAM). ALL OF THEM TOLD ME THAT WITHOUT COMPLAINTS YOU USE TILL IT WORKS AND AFTER THAT IF WE FACE PROBLEMS WE HAVE GIVE FOR SCRAP. IS IT THE CORRECT WAY TO GIVE ANSWERS TO THE CUSTOMERS, AND I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT AND THE ANSWERS YOU PEOPLE GAVE US. LET ME KNOW SHALL I THROUGH MY OVEN TO SCRAP, I YOU SAY I WILL DO IT AND FURTHER I WILL TAKE SEVERE ACTIONS, THAT YOU WILL SEE FROM MY END. PLEASE CONTACT IMMEDIAELY & RESPOND ME.
