Poor service!

I have LG Window Air conditioner. We have purchased smee in April. Now the compressor needs to be replaced as its not working. (This problem was told to us by the technician from COMFORT POINT- LG's authorized service center.

For replacement of this compressor we need a duplicate bill copy from Vijay Sales Borivali. But the response from them is pathetic. In fact I have purchased all home appliances from Vijay sales Borivali. The people at Borivali needs training on how to speak with customers. I had spoken with MUKESH from Vijay Sales who was very rude and arrogant.

I am continuously following up for the duplicate bill for nearly last 10 days but there is no response from them. Secondly I have registered an on line complaint with LG & as usual no response.

Kindly advise to whom I should complain further for the same smb!
