I bought an split AC on 4th Aug from Choudhary Electronics in KARNAL. The cooling coil of indoor unit was leaked but i came to know about it only last month since it was not used much in last year. I registered the complaint with LG service center. They came, found the leaking coooling coil and took the indoor unit for replacing the coil (since it is still under one year WARRANTY PERIOD). Now, it's already one month and every time i call them they make an excuse and ask for more time to make repair. This is very frustrating. Even one of them asked me to get it repaired in outer market. These are the person's i talked to
