Not geetting satiosfactory responce from alacatel service cente

Hi Sir,

i had bought the alcatel mobile on 6-mar-01 model number oT710. After the phone i was facing little bit of problem it's touch at last i submitted my cell to local service center . they informed me that they will return my cell in a week time as they will need a touch, and they will order it from company.

i have submitted my cell on 07-may-10 and now it, s 30-may . they continously ignoring my call and reverting it will be done tommrrow.

Now plz you sugggesst what feed back will i take from this type service from alcatel authorized service center
