AMC NOT DONE IN TIME

I have taken HLP (Happy Living Promise) assured maintenance service for my Washing Machine & Room AC from your local service center M/S Globe Enterprises, Hanuman Market, Renukoot, Sonebhadra, UP Phone no: 05446 256898 on 08/03, but till now no one has visited for preventive maintenance checks. I've contacted the local center on phone for the minor problem. But they not responded.
