I bought a Almonard pedestal fan which stopped working within 4 months and found it very difficult to contact their reps over phone. They never pick the phone and after several tries one of the reps came and repaired.
But now again it has stopped working and I have mailed their customer care and it has been 4 days no reply. I called their Chennai number it kept ringing and ringing. Then after trying several times somebody picked and guess what he said. " Oh sorry I was talking to someone else I dont know how your call got connected. please call me after sometime to register your complaint " I was shocked with the cool attitude of the Almonard guy. My fan is still under warranty as I bought it on 22/8 .
This was a very good company once but the problem now is these fans are imported from China as mentioned in their warranty card. Made in P.R.C (People's Republic of China).
But at least i expected better service.
