Well to start with I purchased a new Fridge and Washing Machine from Amico Agencies (Dapodi) on Sunday 08th May.
• The dealer was very gracious and kind, he told me that within 2days the LG Executive will come and give you the demonstration and setting up the machine – this did not happen.
• Friday 13th May I again went to the dealer and inveterate, but to my revelation he told me that I need to call the Customer Care and he was not at all obliging – Finally I called the customer care at 8.00 pm.
• The Executive talking to me Mr. Kunal was not at all knowledgeable in the process I told him the problem 10times but I guess he was hearing-impaired as I screamed a lot on top of my voice and he dint have any telephone etiquettes and expertise to handle a customer – Finally he told me that the field executive will call me within next 24hrs and will visit your place and disconnected the call.
• The whole Saturday 14th May I took off from my work and wasted my valuable time in just waiting for your field officer to come for the demo but it did not happen.
• On Sunday 15th May again I called your Customer Care number and then a lady (don’t know her name forgot because of the nuisance) told me that she is going to send a reminder on high priority to the field officer and will make sure that he visits today only – this also dint happen I wasted my whole Sunday… but fine it was a holiday for me.
• On Monday 16th May I tried calling the customer care number (it should be customer harassment number) but I was unable to get through.
• Then I logged in to your official site and requested a call back from your side.
• And you know I got a call immediately, and I was so happy thinking my quandary will get solved.
• But to my surprise the field officer called the alternate number which landed at my residence and he also reached my place but I was not present there.
• Actually I had requested to take an appointment before visiting – this did not happen.
Now is a very dangerous turn to this story…
He showed the demo for the fridge but for the washing machine he told that it requires a direct tap to be fitted to the WM without which it cannot be operated – and the main issue here is that we cannot connect the tap to the WM and this was not informed to me by the dealer.
Because of which I had opted to buy the WM, but now I am not able to understand what exactly needs to be done here.
Is it the WM I bought will be of no use in future, and the money which I spent is all gone in vain.
