After Sale Service is very very poo

Hello.

I am Astt Manager in FC. Pvt. Ltd. Noida.and using a product of Anglo Swiss Watch Co.for attendence system.i have paid a sum to the co for maintenance of that particular machine.the company man takes 4 to 5 days to make the small machine fit... so i am not satisfied with the after sales service of new Delhi branch of Anglo Swiss Watch Company.
