Purchased an APC ups for my electronic device. The ups holding serial no. EB1125001366 purchased on 29th september on invoice no.8754 from global net computers vasai west. I regret to inform you that i being a technicial person have noticed that your ups on power gives the phase terminal on the right hand of the socket in your ups but when it comes on backup due to power failure the phase terminal goes to left of the socket. According to my knowledge this change could damage my electronic device. Plz give me your expert advice or your assistance for the same. My contact mobile no. is 9890779135.
