No service for Iphone 4s when in warranty

I Phone 4S purchased in India with warranty. It has been kept switching itself off repeatedly and getting heated while charging.

I contacted Apple authorised service providers to fix issue as it has warranty. Initially they have refused to fix the issue saying Iphone color indicator turned into Pink as it got contacted with liquid. Than i didn't agreed for that as my Iphone not contacted with any kind of liquid. Then finally they have agreed to take my Iphone for service. After couple of days, they are saying they can't fix this issue as they have declined the warranty claiming my Iphone got tampered by 3rd party services. Actually, i have not given my Iphone to any 3rd party for service because i still holding warranty with Apple. I believe no one go for 3rd party when they have warranty.

So, kindly help on this to get it resolved.
