I am G.Veera Raju Customer of NOKIA (Model no 5230), (Job no 6141) I was given the complaint to NOKIA Care Servicing center in Dwarakanagar branch Visakhapatnam. Actually my mobile was not getting signal of any other networks so I was given the complaint to Nokia center on last month. He told me that to do the service of their, But the persons was not rectifying the complaint till now. after that he was saying Mobile was made in Japan. This is not a way to behave with customers. Actually I am thinking he is solving my problem after long time he was telling that he can’t do. So that I am sending the Mail directly to you only. Please kindly request to solve my problem as soon as possible.
