Apple ipod 2GB shuffle
Out of order when opened

I have purchaged an apple ipod 2months ago. When i started it it was out of order. After 4days i reported to mobile store bathinda from where i have purchaged ipod. They said to replace it from Mohali. I went to Mohali mobile store and they said to take new ipod after a week. After a week when i went again they said come after 4-5 days and till now it has passed two months they dont have changed my ipod. They are saying they dont have stock.
