We purchased Aqua Pure RO - a water purifier system for our home in March since then the product has been needing repair every month now. The service is very poor and there is absolutely no follow up on the complaints made to their customer care division, even this time around we have lodged our complaint some 4-5 days back and still despite calling them everyday numerous times, nobody has turned up.
I have a 3 year old daughter and whole of of my family depends on this Aqua Pure product for drinking water and it is also used in preparing food but due to frequent malfunctioning we are having serious problems every now and then. My kid also caught stomach infection because of this low quality product as Doctor informed us the impure water being the cause after her check up recently.
I demand serious action against this product manufacturer who are playing with health of our people and us with these malfunctioning low grade/ low quality products which can lead to serious health hazards if not stopped now.
