Worst service quality

I visited Pizza Hut Sector 20 Panchakula today 05-May I ordered 2 boxes of IPAN Veg Solo for Takeaway, firstly I was charged with Delivery rate i.e. Ra 140 per box on raising issue after 10 min my takeaway priced bill was reissued, i ws told it will take 14 min to provide the pizza, after time on my visit I was again told to wait for 15 min saying pizza against your order are delivered against some other order, so i asked them to then deliver to my place as i was getting late, which they refused to do, on this only option left was to cancel the order and leave.

Now question is is this the service quality which PHD ensures to customer???
