I would like to express my disappointment with Casa Luxurio home delivery service. I had ordered food from your restaurant ofew days back. When I got the bill, I was shocked to see that your restaurant is a charging service fees (Rs.20/-) and also a delivery charge (Rs.50/-). The bill looked something like the following:-
Dum ka Murgh 1 Qty 190.00
Mutton Biryani 1 Qty 210.00
Total Amount 400.00
Vat 14.5% 58.00
Serice Charge 20.00
Bill Amount 478.00
Delivery charge 50.00
I'M NOT SURE WHY YOU HAVE CHARGED SERVICE FEES FOR HOME DELIVERY? I am sure service charges are charged only when the person is having food at the restaurant. You can crosscheck this with Pizza Hut, KFC, Dominos etc. Secondly, I was charged Rs.40/- for delivery last time but this time it has increased to Rs.50/-. Thirdly, the quantity of chicken item is much less than what you had delivered last time. It seems that Casa Luxurio is taking its customers for granted. This is really sad and shame to see that the restaurant which promotes itself as "3 star luxury hotel" is actually misleading people. After this experience, I don't think I would order or even visit your restaurant again!
I hope Casa Luxurio stop taking the service charge for home delivery at the earliest before someone moves to consumer court.
