Serving Spoilt food and found a cockroach in food

I would like to bring to your notice about the chain resturant Deli 9 in particular the branch in Spar Foods Panjagutta Hyderabad. When ordered for a tiramisu cake the attendant servered us a spoilt peice and when we gave it back to them they said we cannot give your money back and asked us to take something else in exchange. We wanted the number of the supervisor which he gave us, when u called the supervisoe by the name Mahesh he said he cannot do anything about it and was rude. He ubrupty hanged up the phone and during this time we found a cockroach running around the food at the deli 9 counter. Kindly do the necessary action against this.
