Very poor quality with worms

I had purchased ragi flour from Subhiksha Trading Service, Edaripallayam branch, Coimbatore, on the 10th of September. The products manufactured date was 7 and the expiry date was from 3 months from the date of manufacturing.

When I had opened the packet we found worms in the flour.
