Hi,
I had ordered the pizza through Dominos website. After making the payment, the website did not redirect me to the confirmation page. Instead it just froze. It happened twice. After 2 minutes, i got a message from HDFC Bank that the money has been transacted but when i called up the store they said the bill was not generated. Now i am stuck with 1000/- rs transaction in my account but no pizza to account for it. I have SMSes from the bank to prove that the transaction did happen. Don't know what to do? Please help. The store manager won't listen to me. The store is Dominos, Kaggadasapura, C V Raman Nagar. They are not ready to listen and neither is customer care.
