Sub: no coupon reimbursement
collected by my daughter buying fun flips packets of cheese crackers (Rs. 5 each) from a general store. She Got Coupon (Pic. Attached) in which she won Badminton, The dept store where the packets are purchased refuses to give back anything in exchange of coupon, as told by the customer representative of fun flips, that there is no such scheme. instead he said that u better either mail or make a call on the number given on coupon.
I want to know the exact situation why I am not getting the coupon reimbursement?
If there was no such sceme Why the hell Coupon is placed inside the packets of Fun flips?
