Sub: Booking of my Ticket from Delhi to Simla by your Flight IT 4349 for 8th May

vide my Coupon No. 1 090 4080006053 1 and return from Simla to Delhi vide

With reference to the above for booking of my Ticket from Delhi to Simla on 8th May and return on 10th May from Simla to Delhi, I called up on your Tel. No. 66499393 and talked to your Executive, Mr. Sudhir at about 12.00 noon, but regret to inform you that I was told by Mr. Sudhir that they have no seat for Delhi to Simla and Simla to Delhi against the Coupon, but he was ready to book against full fare.

I am very much surprised and shocked by hearing this answer by your Executive because the status of Coupon is as good as full rate ticket and even all your web site it is clearly mentioned that applicability of Coupon is as under:

“Flight Application: OCPN04: Applicable on all Kingfisher class & Red flights

ICPN08: Applicable on all Kingfisher First flights

ICPN04: Applicable on all Kingfisher First Sectors”

Nowhere it is mentioned that there is a quota/limited seats against the Coupn is available.

Under the circumstances, kindly explain me why I was refused my booking from Delhi to Simla on 8th May and Simla to Delhi 10.05. when I am holding valid Coupon, which is as good as full ticket fare as well as it is applicable on all King Fisher Class and Red flights, Kingfisher First flights, Kingfisher First Sector.

Further, I have made the Complaint to King Club by Toll Free No. 18002093030 and your Executive transferred my call to Coupon Department. I talked with one female Executive and she told me that I am eligible to book my ticket by coupon from Delhi to Simla and return from Simla to Delhi. Hence, I requested her to book my ticket and I have given her my Coupon nos., but she asked me to hold the line i waited but after sometime she told me that flight is fully booked for 8th May '09 from Delhi to Simla as well as on 10th May, Simla to Delhi. Thereafter i contacted again your Reservation Department and done my booking for same day with full rate under PNR No. BKRTWS from Delhi to Simla on 8th May and Simla to Delhi on 10th May. I have made the payment by my Credit Card.

I am very much surprised with all this happening and unethical behaviour of your Executive Staffs for refusing my booking against the Coupon eventhough Tickets are available.

Kindly give me satisfactory reply for all above.
