I have booked a Battery kit on the 8th of March. Despite giving calls daily the customer care dept gives a deaf ear and a sorry note each time. Till today i.e 15th March the battery kit has not been replaced. Hindustan Lever being a multinational company should feel ashamed of the service being provided. we are really scared as the danger mark approaches for the Battery kit as no one responds.this letter is also being forwarded to other agencies so that everyone gets acquainted with HINDUSTAN LEVER attitude. The dealer is hardly 2 Km away from our place and doesnt have time to supply. Every day i am being told that within 2 working days it will be supplied. Days are passing but no signs of installation of new one. Can any higher official take a serious note of this and take action?
