About worst service

I ordered for a pure it germ kill battery on 13.09. they told me that their workers will come and fit the battery with in 48 hrs. but they din't come even after 3 days. again wen i called them today (on 17.09.2010), i got a surprising news from them that, they have not at all registered our complaint and told that their workers will attend to us within 48 hrs. this thing happens whenever we order for a pure it battery.. one of the worst service providing company ever i come across...
