Indane gas ( TR Gas Mattanur )
Non receipt of refil: ON Booking

Our gas agency is TR Gas at Mattanur (Kannur - Dist) we regularly face problem in getting our booked refill cylinder.

This time we have booked for our REFILL Cylinder on May 2nd (Booking number : 316) till date we have not received, Completed 73 days, We have been instructed to book for the second cylinder only after the first Cylinder is replaced, As instructed we did the booking, Till date we have not received the refill cylinder, we do repeated calls, but of no response.

Today our cylinder is empty and now we will have to depend on fire wood or electric appliance,

Why should we depend on the above when we have two cylinder's.
