NON DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT

Hi,

I had booked a cake from www.indiafloristnetwork.com on 19th Sep 2011 which is due date of delivery was 23rd Sep 2011.They deducted my money immediately from my credit card after placing the order.

Before placing the order I had called up the customer care and checked whether the cake can be delivered and upon their confirmation only I placed the order.

On 23rd Sep when i found out the gift was not delivered i tried calling their customer care.many times they are not picking the call and it is going to the voice mail. Even some one picks the call they are still assuring delivery even at 1:00 PM.Then finally the did not deliver that. At 1:30 I received an email that the same can not be delivered and I have to choose some other item to get it delivered.

So i want this fake website should be punished for adopting unfair practice of business and for harassing me. They have only a contact number i.e 91 9230721101 mentioned in their website, even they do not have any contact address.

Looking forward to a strict and immediate action against such fake websites.
