Dear Sirs,
We have been a regular user of Kingfisher Premium Packaged Water 20 Ltr Bottle marketed by Iceberg Foods. To our surprise, one 20 litre jar that we bought on 19 May contained some white colour fungal-like substance floating on top of the water. This was immediately informed to the regular vendor from whom we bought this in Ashok Vihar, Delhi. He was kind enough to pay visit to our home to check the problem and he agreed to replace the jar.
We, however, want to bring this major quality issue to the notice of the company but the help line numbers / mobile numbers printed on the jar were switched off and thus no one in the Company could be contacted. This is not at all expected from a reputed company like Kingfisher (United Breweries). By the medium of this consumer complaint, we would request you to forward this to the concerned official of the Company and provide us the necessary feedback on what quality measures have been taken by the Company.
