Kissan Ketchup
Bad Quality

Dear Sir,

I wish to make Unilever aware that the quality for the Kissan ketchup is detroiting each passing day. I bought this large bottle of tomato ketchup from a nearby general store, it is within the validity period but it smells & tastes stale and this is the second continious month that this fould smell is coming from the bottle. though on the face of it the bottle looks fresh and as I mentioned it is within the validity period. Loyal customers like me or moving to other brands and do not have a good word for Kissan anymore. i wish you compensate for my two bottles of ketchup and do look into the matter urgently.
