This is to inform you that i purchased 2 Burgers worth rupees 28/- each from MONGINIS shop which is at (GOYEL shopping center) BORIVALI (WEST) Mumbai, tel no :28929817.both the cutlets inside the burgers were Stale. On bringing this to their notice and asking them to write a complaint they not only refused but they were very rude and on the contrary humiliated me. This was totally unnecessary.
