Hi everybody. This is chayan debnath from kolkata, behala. I am working at bank as a senior officer and i am a big fan of monginis. I use to purchase daily from different stores of monginis. But today i really got a bad experience from one of your storesSHAKHERBAZAR.BEHALA. Firstly i ordered one chicken cutlet and sauce and planned to take four cakes of value 80.My total bill was 111.When i went for paying, your employee told me that he had no exchange of nine rupee because i had given him 150.I told him that i donot have 1 rupee .he was telling me to purchase another one.but i had not found any cake of 8 or 9 rupee.yes there was laddoo and kaju barfi .but i dont like these, So i politely told him that bhai i donot want to purchase any more. Then he was shouting on me infront of other customers and telling me " u shld thnk before u eat."at last i had left 4 cakes which i packed for my home. He told me' 'give me 50 rupee and i am giving u 10 rupee'.He also told me in a rude voice bring one rupee then i will give you 9 rupee. At last i got 10 rupee and had not get 9 rupee.(chicken cutlet and sauce-31 rupee.i paid 40 rupee).your employee was treating me like a street beggar. DO NOT YOU THINK THAT I AM A VALUED CUSTOMER FOR UR CAKE.??? ARE THEY TALKING LIKE THIS WITH YOUR VALUABLE CUSTOMErS.I m a '
employee of a reputed bank. I know how to talk with a customer and how to maintain that brand.
