Selling milk for more than MRP

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

This is to bring to your notice that products of daily needs are being sold for more than MRP by many of the grocery stores in the Hiranandani Estate.

I am a resident of Greenwich apartments and purchase most of perishable products from the WALDORF market- M/S Vinayak Supermarket, recently he charged me Rs. 1.50 extra on the printed MRP of motherdairy 1/2 lt milk pouch, Bisleri 20 lts for Rs.85 (mrp-Rs.80, his business card mentions&-#039;free and fast home delivery).

This seems to be a common practice with most of the vendors in our area. selling products for more than MRP is illegal.

I am writing to you to make you aware of all this and also expecting some action to be taken in this regard.
