Hi Sir, We send 2 Rice bags (25KG*2) throught Navata Transport on Feb 3rd 2010. They told me we will receive in a week. but we haven't received. i called to KPHB branch, Hyderabad Head office, Vijayawada main brach somany times to track the items. but the didn't find the my rice bags till March 3rd. I gave written complaint 2 times regarding my rice bag missing. i clearly mentioned i want claim amount. I got call on March 3rd from KPHB branch and told my rice bags traced so come n collect. I went to collect the bags, i saw the bags in bad condition, bags are broken and lost 1 kg rice. rice looks durty. I said i don't want these rice i need my claim amount Rs. 1400/-. but they didn't agree to pay claim amount. they are saying these are your bags you should take. i am not ready to take this bad condition rice. Please help me in this. Thanks pavan
