Delay in processing

Hi

I had submitted my passport application form on 12th Jan and the police verification was also done by Feb'10 but the status which was green previously is now Red and it says that "Your Police Verification report has been received by us, and your file is in line for further processing."

This has been same since last 1 month. Please let me know what is the actual status of my file and when my passport will be issued?
