Ecently I purchased a 5kg pack of Pilsbury atta (mfg. dt. July). The atta after kneaded is turning black and the chapattis made are hard and tasting fermented. In the past I have used this product, but had no problem whatsoever. I was very dissapointed with the product as its from a reputed company. i cannot give back the atta to the shopkeepr, with whom I have also made a complaint as it has been opened and emptied in another container. I have no option but to give or throw it way.
