This is regarding an order that I made on 7th Dec' 12, for a delivery at Bhopal on 12th Dec' 12. The order was placed to be delivered in the time slot of 8:00AM-2:00Pm, for which an extra charge of 350/- was also made.
The order was not delivered within the mentioned duration and the reason for the delay given by your employees was " The cake was heart shaped" but to my at most surprise the cake that was delivered was round-shaped instead of a heart-shaped cake. This comes to you as a complaint to get a refund of both time and wrong order violation.
Also, even after my multiple follow-ups at the consumer care throught both mails and telephonic conversations there has been no reply from their end. Each time I call I get a false committment of a prompt reply by EOD and trust me that EOD has never arived. It has been 2-3 weeks since I locked the complaint and still no reply fget about the refund.
This is highly dissatisfying.
