Almost two hours have passed after i had ordered online and there has not been any response from Dominos who promise to deliver within half-an-hour usually. Store guys are keeping all the numbers busy and the call center guys don't know how to talk. They can keep you on hold for anytime they wish. What i intend to show via this complaint is that Dominos is a poor brand when it comes to service on peak demand days. Moreover, i ordered online and paid in advance. NEVER EVER PAY IN ADVANCE ONLINE. Very poor experience.
